Arusberita.id – Badan Pangan Nasional (Bapanas) telah menyiapkan langkah strategis untuk memitigasi kenaikan harga pangan jelang ramadan dan lebaran 2024.
Direktur Ketersediaan Pangan, Badan Pangan Nasional Budi Waryanto mengatakan strategi yang dilakukan tidak jauh berbeda dengan persiapan ramadan, lebaran dan natal tahun lalu.
Beberapa hal yang akan dilakukan seperti mengguyur beras stabilisasi pasokan harga pangan (SPHP) ke pasar tradisional dan modern dan gerakan pangan murah (GPM) agar masyarakat mendapat harga pangan sesuai Harga Eceran Tertinggi (HET).
“Intinya badan pangan akan melalukan sesuai tupoksinya berupaya semaksimal mungkin menjaga harga pangan stabil,” jelas Budi.
Selain itu, pihaknya juga akan memfasilitasi distribusi pangan khusus untuk komoditas dengan kenaikan tidak wajar. Fasilitas ini dilakukan untuk mengimbangi daerah yang memiliki stok berlebih dengan daerah defisit atau yang tengah mengalami lonjakan harga.
“Tentu berkolaborasi dan bersinergi dengan kementerian lain, BUMN, BUMD dan pemerintah daerah (Pemda). Jadi gerakannya tidak hanya di pusat tapi juga di daerah,” jelas Budi.
Budi memastikan bahwa saat ini stok pangan mencukupi untuk kebutuhan ramadan hingga lebaran nanti.
Sebelumnya, melansir data panel harga Bapanas Minggu (25/2), sejumlah komoditas pangan sudah kompak alami kenaikan harga jelang bulan puasa ini.
Harga beras premium naik tipis 0,25% menjadi Rp 16.300/kg, beras medium naik 0,21% menjadi Rp 14.250/kg, kedelai naik 0,53% menjadi Rp 13.320/kg, bawang merah naik 0,47% menjadi Rp 34.210/kg dan bawang putih naik 0,18% menjadi Rp 38.780/kg.
Sementara beberapa komoditas yang mengalami penurunan harga diantaranya adalah cabai rawit merah turun 0,94% menjadi Rp 64.040/kg, gula turun 0,06% menjadi Rp 17.580/kg dan jagung turun 0,46% menjadi 8.730/kg.
