Arusberita.id – Pemerintah telah menyiapkan anggaran sebesar Rp 1 triliun untuk dibagikan kepada 62 daerah tertinggal. Dana tersebut diharapkan mampu memutar sekaligus mendongkrak perekonomian di daerah tersebut.
Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Pembangunan Manusia dan Kebudayaan (Kemenko PMK) menyatakan, rencana pembagian alokasi Dana Insentif Fiskal kepada 62 Daerah Tertinggal dengan total anggaran Rp 1 triliun, sudah ditetapkan melalui Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (Permenkeu) Nomor 208/PMK.07/2022.
Permenkeu tersebut berisi tentang Pengelolaan Insentif Fiskal pada 27 Desember 2022.
Plt Deputi Bidang Koordinasi Pemerataan Pembangunan Wilayah dan Penanggulangan Bencana Sorni Paskah Daeli menjelaskan, dana Insentif Fiskal dimaksud dalam rangka percepatan pemulihan ekonomi pasca pandemi, percepatan penanganan kemiskinan dan kemiskinan ekstrem.
Dana ini diprioritaskan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan pembangunan dan peningkatan infrastruktur strategis di Daerah Tertinggal.
“Sebelumnya, kami mengenal Dana Insentif Daerah yang diberikan kepada Kabupaten yang berprestasi. Namun tahun ini berganti nama menjadi Insentif Fiskal. Dengan alokasi anggaran total Rp 1 triliun,” ujarnya, dalam keterangannya secara virtual, kemarin.
Pemerintah telah menggelar rapat koordinasi untuk menindaklanjuti pemanfaatan dana insentif fiskal daerah tertinggal tahun anggaran 2023.
Pemanfaatan Dana Insentif Fiskal nantinya difokuskan hanya untuk pembangunan infrastruktur yang lebih inklusif.
Langkah ini sebagai upaya mempercepat ekonomi serta tetap memperhatikan kriteria dan indikator ketertinggalan dari tiap Daerah.
“Dana Insentif Fiskal ini diberikan kepada 62 Daerah Tertinggal. Dibagi secara proporsional sesuai hasil penilaian dari Kementerian Keuangan,” bebernya.
Penggunaannya juga harus bijak. Plt. Dirjen Percepatan Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi (Kemendes PDTT) Rafdinal mengingatkan, tahun ini dan tahun depan adalah tahun politik. Oleh karenanya, penggunaan dana ini kudu berhati-hati.
“Dana insentif fiskal jangan disalahgunakan sebagai alat dukung agenda politik di tahun politik,” tegas Rafdinal.
