Adapun, penghargaan tersebut diberikan oleh perusahaan konsultan pemasaran wilayah ASEAN, Markplus. “Perubahan lingkungan global yang sangat luar biasa, hari ini begitu pentingnya sebagai motivasi untuk berinovasi. Manusia dipantik pikirannya untuk bisa beradaptasi dengan perubahan ini,” kata Ganjar dikutip Sabtu (5/8/2023).
Salah satu bentuk inovasi dan adaptasi yang dilakukan Ganjar adalah menggerakkan kekuatan masyarakat untuk menurunkan angka kemiskinan di Jateng. Dengan menggunakan dana non-APBD, Ganjar bersama Baznas Jateng menggerakan zakat ASN sebagai dana alternatif.
Cara gotong royong itu pun akhirnya berhasil menurunkan angka kemiskinan di Jateng. Data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Jateng menyebut penduduk miskin di Jateng menurun jadi 3,79 juta jiwa pada Maret 2023.
“Inovasi dan kreatif yang ada, kita menggerakan kekuatan masyarakat. Akhirnya penurunan angka kemiskinannya oke, tahun berjalan, anggaran sudah ada, mari berjalan,” tutur Ganjar.
Ganjar mengatakan, inovasi-inovasi serupa juga mesti dilakukan anak muda masa kini yang tengah menghadapi perubahan. Ganjar menyebut anak muda harus berani mengambil resiko sebagai langkah menuju kemajuan.
“Melihat besarnya bonus demografi saat ini jangan dijadikan ketakutan untuk anak muda, yang kreatif dan inovatif itu lah yang nantinya bisa mengejar dan memiliki rasa seperti kepunyaan sendiri,” kata Ganjar.
Sebelumnya, Ganjar membawa 13 dinas pemerintahan di Jateng meraih penghargaan dari Markplus bertajuk Public Services of The Year tahun 2022. Ganjar yang bergelar Gubernur Punakawan ini dinilai berhasil mendorong dinas-dinas terkait meningkatkan inovasi dan kreativitas.
Adapun dinas yang mendapatkan award tersebut adalah Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Surakarta, Taman Satwataru Jurug Kota Surakarta, Dinas Perdagangan Kabupaten Karanganyar, Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Karang Anyar, Inspektorat Kabupaten Boyolali, serta Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Sukoharjo.
Kemudian Bappeda Litbang Kabupaten Wonogiri, Dinas Perempuan Kota Semarang, Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Wonosobo, Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kota Salatiga, Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kota Semarang, Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Banyumas, serta Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Kendal.
