fdfmwfwfArusberita.id – Gubernur Jawa Tengah (Jateng) Ganjar Pranowo siapkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) terampil untuk membangun infrastruktur hijau Indonesia di masa depan lewat kehadiran sekolah vokasi di Jateng.
Hal itu dikatakan Ganjar dalam Rakernas Kamar Dagang dan Industri Indonesia (KADIN) Bidang Pekerjaan Umum, Perumahan Rakyat, dan Infrastruktur di Hotel Tentrem, Kota Semarang, Jateng, Kamis (31/8).
“Yuk kita proyeksikan apa nanti yang kurang. Hipotesisnya satu, SDM kita. Maka SDM kita inilah yang mesti kita dorong,” kata Ganjar.
SMKN Jateng menjadi sekolah vokasi yang terus digenjot Ganjar untuk siapkan peningkatan kualitas SDM terampil. Sekolah itu mengusung model boarding school dengan menggratiskan biaya sekolah, makan, dan mess untuk siswa dari keluarga tidak mampu.
Adapun Ganjar telah membangun 3 SMKN Jateng, yakni di Semarang, Pati, dan Purbalingga. Semua sekolah itu dilengkapi fasilitas penunjang belajar, kesempatan beasiswa luar negeri, dan kerja sama industri penyerap tenaga kerja.
SDM yang lahir dari SMKN Jateng diproyeksikan Ganjar sebagai generasi pembangun infrastruktur hijau di masa depan. Sehingga, roda perekonomian yang 10 tahun dibangun Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) bisa dilanjutkan.
“SDM sekarang mesti kita genjot sehingga yang memelihara dan mengembangkan infrastruktur ke depan termasuk yang orientasi pada teknologi ramah lingkungan, insya Allah bisa kita dapatkan,” jelas Ganjar.
Ganjar mengatakan, SDM di Indonesia akan semakin gencar menggerakan infrastruktur hijau apabila SMKN Jateng direplikasi ke seluruh provinsi di Indonesia. Apalagi kurikulumnya telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan industri penggerak ekonomi hijau.
“Maka kalau desain itu dari awal bisa kita lakukan dengan baik, maka SMK itu menjadi on the job training dalam waktu panjang, tiga tahun dan ketika lulus pasti terserap,” kata Ganjar.
Ganjar berharap, infrastruktur hijau di masa depan dapat terus dikembangkan untuk menjadikan Indonesia semakin hebat dan sejajar dengan negara-negara maju di dunia.
“Nanti infrastrukturnya pun diarahkan pada green technology. Ini menurut saya adalah sesuatu yang responsif dan peka terhadap kondisi lingkungan,” pungkasnya.
Di Jateng, Ganjar juga menyiapkan 15 sekolah vokasi semi boarding serupa SMKN Jateng untuk menciptakan SDM pembangun infrastruktur hijau. Ke-15 sekolah tersebut antara lain SMKN 1 Demak, SMKN 2 Rembang, SMKN 1 Wirosari Grobogan, dan SMKN 1 Jepon Blora, SMKN 1 Tulung Klaten.
Kemudian SMKN 1 Kedawung Sragen, SMKN 2 Wonogiri, SMKN 1 Purworejo, SMKN 2 Wonosobo, SMKN 1 Punggelan Banjarnegara, SMKN 1 Alian Kebumen, SMKN 2 Cilacap, SMKN 1 Kalibagor Banyumas, SMKN 1 Tonjong Brebes, dan SMKN 1 Randudongkal Pemalang.
Ganjar juga sedang memperbanyak jumlah SMK di remote area yang belum memiliki sekolah negeri di 17 kecamatan se-Jateng. Di antaranya Kec. Pagentan, Kec. Tawangmangu, Dusun Rahtawu Kecamatan Gebog, Kec. Kemalang, Kec. Pancur, Kec. Karangtengah, Kec. Batuwarno, Kec. Poncowarno dan Kec. Tlogomulyo.
Kemudian di Kec. Bejen, Kec. Gladagsari, Kec. Kalikotes, Kec. Tamansari, Kec. Ngaringan, Kec. Madukara, Kec. Kebonarum, serta Kec. Wonosamodro.
