Arusberita.id – Gubernur Jawa Tengah Ganjar Pranowo yakin Republik Indonesia (RI) bisa menjadi negara maju. Menurut dia, semua pihak harus berkomitmen membangun Indonesia tanpa membeda-bedakan apapun.
“Apakah Indonesia akan menjadi negara maju seperti yang diprediksikan banyak orang? Saya jawab, iya. Kuncinya, kita harus bersatu, berkomitmen bersama untuk membangun Indonesia tanpa membedakan apapun. Pancasila jadi pegangan kita,” kata Ganjar di acara temu kebangsaan ‘Merawat Keberagaman Indonesia; Membentuk Pemimpin Nasional yang Bernyali Tanpa Membenci’ di Pendopo Royal Ambarrukmo, Yogyakarta, Selasa (22/8).
Menurut Ganjar, selama 10 tahun terakhir Indonesia telah menunjukkan kemajuan luar biasa. Ganjar berpendapat dan yakin beberapa indikator RI sebagai negara maju sudah terlihat.
Bakal Calon Presiden dari PDIP itu mencontohkan rasio elektrifikasi rumah tangga yang naik dari 76,0 persen di tahun 2012 menjadi 99,0 persen pada 2022. Kemudian, Indonesia juga semakin sehat dengan cakupan jaminan sosial mencapai 87,0 persen pada 2021.
Ia menambahkan, masyarakat Indonesia juga lebih pintar dengan tingkat kelulusan SMA yang naik semula 57,4 persen pada 2016 menjadi 66,1 persen di 2022. Sedangkan PDB per kapita naik dari 33,0 di tahun 2012 menjadi 71,0 di 2022
Ganjar menyebut itu adalah bukti bahwa Indonesia sudah berada di jalur yang tepat. Karena itu, kata dia, bukan hal sulit menjadikan Indonesia sebagai negara dengan ekonomi terbesar di dunia pada 2050.
“Kuncinya satu, cepat. Situasi geopolitik dan bonus demografi harus benar-benar kita optimalkan. Dan itu harus cepat,” ucapnya.
Ganjar pun punya tiga gagasan memajukan Indonesia. Pertama, kata dia, melipatgandakan APBN demi mewujudkan pelayanan berkualitas.
“Banyak potensi pendapatan negara kita yang belum dioptimalkan. Kita harus genjot itu agar APBN naik berkali lipat. Misalnya bagaimana kita mengoptimalisasi hibah luar negeri, optimalisasi penerimaan pajak dan bukan pajak, serta kurangi kebocoran anggaran,” katanya.
Kedua, adalah digitalisasi pemerintahan untuk tata kelola lebih baik. Menurutnya, layanan pemerintah harus didigitalisasi agar lebih cepat, akurat, dan informatif.
Ketiga, pemberantasan korupsi untuk menumbuhkan kembali kepercayaan masyarakat. Ia menegaskan bahwa harus meningkatkan kualitas ASN dan lembaga-lembaga pemerintah.
“Pemerintah harus lebih transparan dan meritokrasi. Dan kita harus bergandengan tangan untuk mewujudkan itu,” ujar dia.
Dalam acara itu, Ketua Umum PDIP Megawati Soekarnoputri hadir. Relawan Komunitas Pilih Ganjar (Pijar) juga ada di lokasi.
Mereka mendeklarasikan dukungan untuk Ganjar sebagai calon presiden 2024. Ketua Pijar, Nindyo Pramono, menyebut Barisan Ibu-ibu Pendukung Ganjar Pranowo (Binar) dan Pemuda Nasional Deklarasi Ganjar Pranowo (Pendekar) mendukung penuh komunitasnya.
Ia mengklaim Pijar sebagai kelompok pendukung Ganjar dari komunitas intelektual dan cendekiawan, termasuk para guru besar dari berbagai kampus Indonesia.
