Ganjar telah menggulirkan bantuan keuangan (bankeu) untuk desa pada 2023 senilai Rp1,7 triliun. Bantuan tersebut untuk pembangunan fisik maupun nonfisik diprioritaskan guna menggenjot perekonomian warga pasca Covid-19.
Ganjar mengatakan, dana tersebut bisa digunakan kades dan perangkat desa untuk menerapkan program padat karya agar warga desa menjadi masyarakat berdaya.
Selain itu, Ganjar menyebut masyarakat tidak bekerja merupakan salah satu indikator kemiskinan. Oleh sebab itu, program padat karya sekaligus bisa menurunkan angka kemiskinan di desa.
“Terbayangkan kalau dana desanya ada, bantuan dari kabupaten ada, dari provinsi ada, dari pusat ada, dikelola semuanya, wah itu masyarakat miskin akan terentaskan,” terangnya.
Ganjar mengungkapkan, peran penting perangkat desa dalam percepatan penurunan angka kemiskinan ekstrem dan stunting di Jateng. Pasalnya perangkat desa merupakan pihak paling mengerti kondisi desa.
“Karena mereka orang yang sangat tahu juga data yang ada di masyarakat. Berapa penyandang disabilitasnya, berapa kandungan yang bermasalah untuk ibu yang hamil, berapa masyarakat yang belum punya jamban, dan seterusnya. Mereka yang paling tahu,” tuturnya.
Oleh karena itu, Ganjar berpesan kepada seluruh perangkat desa melayani masyarakat sebaik-baiknya dengan cara menghadirkan layanan mudah, murah, cepat, serta pengelolaan dana desa yang baik.
“Ini penting karena kalau tidak kompak antara kades dengan perangkatnya, wah itu jadi masalah. Sehingga kita jadi ngurusi perangkat sama kadesnya daripada ngurusi masyarakat,” bebernya.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Ganjar turut melantik pengurus Persatuan Perangkat Desa Indonesia (PPDI) masa bhakti 2023 – 2028. Ganjar berpesan agar pengurus segera membuat program untuk membantu percepatan penurunan angka kemiskinan.
“Ini ada prioritas yang saya titipkan tadi penurunan angka kemiskinan sama stunting diperhatikan itu. Digitalisasi desa segera dilakukan agar layanan masyarakat lebih baik,” pungkasnya.
