Arusberita.id – Warga Jawa Tengah (Jateng) di perdesaan kini tak perlu jauh-jauh harus ke kota untuk membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor di kantor samsat. Gubernur Jawa Tengah, Ganjar Pranowo telah meluncurkan aplikasi Samsat Budiman yang menjangkau para wajib pajak di desa-desa.
Samsat Budiman atau Badan Usaha Digital Mandiri adalah layanan online berbasis website yang memudahkan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor mendapat pelayanan pajak. Layanan ini dikelola BUMDes. Warga wajib pajak pun kini cukup datang ke gerai Samsat Budiman di kantor BUMDes. Sehingga tak perlu jauh-jauh ke kantor samsat.
Selain jarak yang lebih dekat dengan masyarakat desa, jam buka gerai juga lebih fleksibel. Yakni dari pagi hingga malam hari.
Ganjar mengatakan, melalui Samsat Budiman bisa meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam membayar pajak. Sebab, masyarakat telah dipermudah dalam menunaikan kewajiban membayar pajak.
“Ini cara baru sehingga target pendapatannya tercapai, mereka merasa teringankan. Terima kasih banyak desa yang sangat kreatif, kemudian mereka punya BUMDes yang bagus. Lalu coba kita kerja samakan sebagai sebuah kekuatan untuk sumber daya yang sampai di ujung-ujung,” jelasnya di sela-sela peluncuran aplikasi Samsat Budiman, Senin (19/6).
Dalam kesempatan itu, Ganjar juga berdialog dengan pengelola BUMDes Sikanco, Kecamatan Nusawungu, Kabupaten Cilacap. Pelaksanaan pelayanan Samsat Budiman di BUMDes tersebut menjadi salah satu yang terbaik. Dan telah berjalan sejak 15 November 2022.
Ganjar bertanya kepada pengelola BUMDes terkait pelaksanaan layanan hingga kendala-kendala yang terjadi selama melayani pembayaran pajak.
“Apa komplain yang biasanya diterima dari masyarakat, Pak?” tanya Ganjar saat berdialog dengan Kusnadi, salah seorang pengelola BUMDes.
“Komplainnya terkadang dari wajib pajak lama menunggu, jadi mungkin jaringan. Komplain lain nggak punya uang tapi mau (bayar) pajak. Dari Samsat Budiman memberikan dana talangan,” kata Kusnadi.
Ganjar pun mengapresiasi upaya dan inovasi BUMDes- BUMDes yang jadi mitra Samsat Budiman guna memudahkan para wajib pajak. Seperti yang dilakukan BUMDes Sikanco, dengan memberikan dana talangan kepada pembayar pajak yang sudah jatuh tempo tapi tidak memiliki cukup uang. Dana talangan itu kemudian dicicil oleh wajib pajak.
“Rata-rata cicilannya mereka cicil satu bulan lunas. Ini menurut saya kreatif banget,” ujarnya.
Selain meningkatkan pendapatan daerah, Ganjar berharap kesadaran masyarakat membayar pajak juga terus meningkat. Apalagi berdasarkan data dari Bapenda, saat ini terdapat 7.329 BUMDes tersebar di Jawa Tengah yang potensial untuk turut serta dalam layanan Samsat Budiman tersebut.
“Harapannya target-target pendapatan kita jauh lebih baik. Sehingga nanti bisa kita berikan kembali kepada masyarakat untuk pembangunan yang lebih cepat, lebih merata dan coverage-nya jauh lebih banyak lagi,” ujarnya.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Ganjar juga mengingatkan kepada seluruh pejabat yang terlibat dalam pelayanan agar tidak mempersulit para wajib pajak.
“Saya titip pada semuanya, terutama soal KTP. Ini masyarakat mau bayar pajak lho, jangan dipersulit,” tegasnya.
