Arusberita.id – Pemerintah resmi menetapkan subsidi konversi motor berbasis bensin ke motor listrik menjadi sebesar Rp 10 juta per unit. Nilai insentif itu naik dari sebelumnya Rp 7 juta per unit.
Naiknya nilai insentif konversi motor listrik tersebut ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Republik Indonesia Nomor 13 Tahun 2023. Beleid ini diteken Menteri ESDM Arifin Tasrif pada 12 Desember 2023, serta diundangkan pada 15 Desember 2023.
Pada pasal 3 disebutkan bahwa biaya konversi motor ditetapkan paling tinggi Rp 17 juta yang meliputi battery pack, brushless DC (BLDC) motor, dan controller.
“Nilai potongan biaya konversi sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) diberikan sebesar Rp 10.000.000 untuk setiap sepeda motor konversi,” bunyi aturan tersebut.
Pemberian insentif tersebut menyasar 50.000 unit motor konversi di 2023, serta 150.000 unit motor konversi di 2024.
Meski begitu, target konversi motor listrik tersebut dapat berubah tergantung hasil evaluasi program.
Hal yang juga baru pada Permen ini, penerima insentif konversi motor listrik tak lagi hanya untuk perseorangan, melainkan juga kelompok masyarakat, lembaga pemerintah, serta lembaga non-pemerintah.
Itu berarti, kini badan usaha maupun lembaga pemerintahan bisa turut mendapatkan insentif tersebut jika melakukan konversi kendaraan dinas berbasis bensin ke motor listrik.
“Peraturan Menteri ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal diundangkan,” bunyi Permen ESDM 13/2023 tersebut.
