Arusberita.id – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengungkapkan, 493.000 orang penerima bantuan sosial (bansos) berpenghasilan cukup atau di atas upah minimum provinsi (UMP). Angka tersebut merujuk data nomor induk kependudukan (NIK) yang diperoleh ketika Menteri Sosial, Tri Rismaharini berkunjung ke BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
Direktur Bidang Pencegahan dan Monitoring KPK, Pahala Nainggolan mengatakan dari 493.000 penerima bansos salah sasaran, sebanyak 23.8000 di antaranya bekerja sebagai aparatur sipil negara (ASN). Hal tersebut, terungkap saat KPK melakukan pencocokan silang antara NIK dan data terpadu kesejahteraan sosial (DTKS), dengan data dari Badan Kepegawaian Nasional (BKN).
“Kami padankan data dengan BKN, mau melihat siapa yang terindikasi ASN. Ternyata, kami temukan sekitar 23.800 (penerima bansos) itu memiliki pekerjaan sebagai ASN,” tutur Pahala Nainggolan melalui keterangan persnya, Selasa (5/9/2023).
Ia menuturkan, berdasarkan perhitungan KPK terkait 493.000 bansos salah sasaran tersebut, kerugian negaranya mencapai Rp 523 miliar per bulan.
“Ini nilai ketidaktepatan ini kita hitung sekitar Rp 523 miliar per bulan karena salah kita kasih ke orang yang sebenarnya tidak tepat, tapi khusus untuk ASN dan yang penerima upah itu, kita estimasi Rp 140 miliar per bulan itu sebenarnya kita nggak tepat kasihnya,” jelasnya.
Sementara itu, lanjut dia Kementerian Sosial (Kemensos) akan melakukan perbaikan data bansos salah sasaran dalam sebulan ke depan. Pahala menyebutkan, perbaikan data tersebut diharapkan dapat mengurangi penerima bansos yang salah sasaran.
“Tetapi yang ini (bansos) orang miskin nggak dapat, orang kaya malah dapat. Itu saja penyakit bansos,” ucapnya.
