Arusberita.id – Pengamat ekonomi Andhika Nurwin Maulana menilai, bakal capres Ganjar Pranowo memiliki peluang besar untuk memenangkan Pilpres 2024, meski hanya didukung sedikit partai.
Dia mengatakan kondisi Ganjar mirip dengan Joko Widodo (Jokowi) pada Pilpres 2014.
“Pendukung Ganjar Pranowo harus belajar banyak dari pengalaman Pilpres 2014. Memori Pilpres tahun 2014 hampir mirip terjadi di mana calon dari PDIP mengusung Pak Jokowi yang hanya didukung oleh dua partai besar dan punya banyak pengalaman dalam pemilihan umum di Indonesia yaitu PDIP dan PKB,” ujar Andhika dalam keterangan resmi, Selasa (15/8).
Sementara rival Jokowi saat itu, Prabowo Subianto, diusung Partai Gerindra, Partai Golkar, PAN, PKS, dan PBB.
“Jumlah partainya lebih banyak daripada jumlah partai pendukung Jokowi. Namun dengan jumlah partai besar tersebut, ternyata tetap Pilpres 2014 tetap dimenangkan Jokowi,” tuturnya.
Andhika menuturkan dukungan Partai Golkar dan PAN kepada Prabowo Subianto merupakan pergeseran besar peta kekuatan dalam Pilpres tahun ini.
Sebab, PAN dan Partai Golkar adalah partai besar. Apalagi, Partai Golkar selama ini selalu berada dalam koalisi pemerintah.
“Ini merupakan tantangan dan juga kesempatan kubu Ganjar Pranowo untuk mencari strategi dalam peningkatan figur Ganjar Pranowo ketika beberapa partai besar menjadi pendukung dan memenangkan calon presiden lainnya pada Pilpres 2024,” ingatnya.
Andhika membeberkan, salah satu strategi kampanye yang digunakan Jokowi pada Pilpres 2014 adalah cerita suksesnya dalam memimpin Kota Solo dan Provinsi DKI Jakarta untuk mencalonkan menjadi Presiden.
Beberapa rencana program keberhasilan Jokowi di Kota Solo dan DKI Jakarta digunakan sebagai program yang sama untuk Pilpres.
Namun, tentu saja program-program keberhasilan tersebut dikemas dalam bentuk program tingkat nasional.
Sehingga, kata dia, masyarakat umum akan lebih mudah memahami, terutama masyarakat yang tinggal di Kota Solo atau Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada masa kepemimpinan Jokowi.
Berbeda dengan Prabowo, yang dinilai Andhika masih kurang pengalaman dalam memimpin suatu daerah, walaupun dia didukung banyak partai.
“Hal ini menyebabkan banyak pertanyaan yang muncul seperti apa yang gaya kepemimpinannya Pak Prabowo dalam memimpin Indonesia lima tahun ke depan,” terang Andhika.
Andhika menyampaikan, strategi pengalaman memimpin institusi pemerintah di daerah sebelumnya bisa diduplikasi oleh pendukung Ganjar ketika berhadapan dengan calon lain yang didukung oleh partai-partai besar.
Seperti Jokowi memimpin daerah, dia berkata, cerita sukses Ganjar di Jawa Tengah bisa memperkuat figur dalam program-program nasional yang direncanakan.
“Ilustrasi Pak Ganjar Pranowo menentukan kebijakan pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah dalam pemilihan-pemilihan kebijakan yang pelik tentu saja membuat figur Pak Ganjar lebih baik,” ungkapnya.
Andhika mencontohkan soal penentuan anggaran di sektor mana yang lebih prioritas.
Hal ini memang tidak akan membuat semua pihak merasa diuntungkan. Selalu ada pihak yang dirugikan dalam memilih sektor prioritas dalam anggaran.
Namun, Andhika berkata, Ganjar dapat menentukan sektor prioritas dengan baik. Dia juga dapat memberikan jawaban dengan bijak pada sektor yang tidak menjadi prioritas.
Jawaban Ganjar bagi sektor yang tidak menguntungkan tersebut juga dipahami dengan baik sehingga tidak membuat gejolak lainnya dan berbahaya bagi situasi di Jawa Tengah.
“Sehingga Pak Ganjar akan lebih mudah dalam membuat kampanye program nasional dan juga punya cerita sukses dengan gaya kepemimpinan beliau di daerah sebelumnya,” ungkapnya.
“Hal tersebut bisa digunakan sebagai strategi lebih baik dengan syarat strategi tersebut selalu diukur tingkat keberhasilan peningkatan figur dari calon yang didukung,” tandas Andhika.
