Arusberita.id – Pemerintah mengeluarkan paket kebijakan dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian global.
Di mana, ketidakpastian global saat ini seiring adanya situasi seperti dinamika pasar keuangan global, tensi geopolitik di Palestina, dan kenaikan harga pangan akibat El Nino.
Kondisi demikian memberikan dampak pada perekonomian dunia, termasuk Indonesia.
Sedangkan paket kebijakan pemerintah tersebut, diungkap Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati, agar Indonesia terus menjaga momentum pertumbuhan ekonomi.
“Ini adalah situasi yang kita terus waspadai. Kita terus akan meningkatkan terutama beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat paling bawah, 40 persen terbawah. Harga beras kita lihat meningkat cukup tajam dalam enam bulan terakhir dan ini menyebabkan juga volatile inflation yang berasal dari food menjadi salah satu kontributor terbesar,” ujar Menkeu, dikutip dari laman Kemenkeu, Selasa 07 November 2023.
Di antara paket kebijakan pemerintah itu, adanya upaya mengendalikan harga beras.
Menurutnya, pemerintah melalui Badan Pangan Nasional bekerjasama dengan Bulog terus berupaya memastikan suplai atau pasokan terjaga hingga musim tanam dan panen yang akan datang.
Selain itu, pemerintah juga menyalurkan bantuan langsung tunai (BLT) yang dapat menjaga daya beli masyarakat.
Bantuan ini diterima oleh 18,8 juta keluarga penerima manfaat (KPM) dengan besaran Rp200 ribu per bulan. Total anggaran yang dialokasikan sebesar Rp7,52 triliun.
Kemudian, pemerintah juga berupaya untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui percepatan penyaluran kredit usaha rakyat (KUR).
“Pak Menko (Perekonomian) bersama saya dan beberapa menteri memonitor bahwa KUR kita ini penyalurannya tahun ini agak melemah. Ini karena ada beberapa perubahan dari sisi kebijakan sehingga kita sekarang akan meminta kepada perbankan untuk bisa mengakselerasi penyaluran kredit usaha rakyat ini,” ujarnya.
Sri Mulyani menambahkan, hingga September 2023 dari target Rp297 triliun, penyaluran KUR baru terealisasi sebesar Rp107 triliun.
Oleh karena itu, pemerintah akan mengakselerasi penyaluran KUR dalam tiga bulan terakhir ini.
Langkah lain yang dilakukan pemerintah adalah dengan memberikan dukungan bagi rumah komersial. Pemerintah memberikan intensif berupa pajak pertambahan nilai ditanggung pemerintah (PPN DTP) bagi rumah dengan harga hingga Rp2 miliar.
Selain itu, kata Menkeu, terdapat dukungan bantuan biaya administrasi bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah sebesar Rp4 juta per rumah hingga Desember 2024, serta dukungan rumah masyarakat miskin sebesar Rp20 juta per rumah melalui program Rumah Sejahtera Terpadu yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Sosial (Kemensos).
