Arusberita.id – Pemerintah akan fokus menggali potensi pajak dari aktivitas ekonomi digital pada tahun depan.
Direktur Penyusunan APBN Direktorat Jenderal Anggaran Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) Rofyanto Kurniawan mengatakan saat ini aktivitas ekonomi banyak yang beralih ke digital sehingga hal tersebut bisa menjadi potensi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan negara.
“Kemudian juga memperkuat perpajakan digital karena sekarang ini aktivitas ekonomi banyak yang semakin digital,” ujar Rofyanto dalam acara Konsultasi Publik Rancangan Undang-Undang APBN Tahun Anggaran 2025, Selasa (30/7).
Untuk diketahui, Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) Kemenkeu telah menghimpun dana dari sektor usaha ekonomi digital sebesar Rp 25,88 triliun hingga 30 Juni 2024.
Jumlah tersebut berasal dari pemungutan pajak pertambahan nilai (PPN) Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektoronik (PMSE) sebesar Rp 20,8 triliun, pajak kripto sebesar Rp 798,84 miliar, pajak fintech (P2P lending) sebesar Rp 2,19 triliun. Lalu, pajak yang dipungut oleh pihak lain atas transaksi pengadaan barang dan/atau jasa melalui Sistem Informasi Pengadaan Pemerintah (Pajak SIPP) sebesar Rp 2,09 triliun.
Tidak hanya itu, Rofyanto mengatakan, pemerintah akan menjalankan efektivitas reformasi perpajakan melalui Undang-Undang Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan (UU HPP), penguatan core tax system, CEISA, dan Simbara untuk peningkatan kepatuhan dan perluasan basis pajak.
Peningkatan pendapatan negara juga akan diikuti dengan peningkatan tax ratio alias rasio pajak serta reformasi pengelolaan sumber daya alam (SDA) dan barang milik negara (BMN).
“Ini akan dioptimalkan termasuk insentif fiskal untuk mendorong investasi,” katanya.
