Arusberita.id – Pemerintah Indonesia terus memperkuat kolaborasi serta mengoptimalisasi anggaran demi memerangi stunting sekaligus mengejar target penurunan prevalensi angka stunting menjadi 14 persen pada tahun 2024.
Dalam rilis yang disiarkan oleh Forum Merdeka Barat 9 (FMB9) IKP Kominfo di Jakarta pada Rabu, Deputi Bidang Dukungan Kebijakan Pembangunan Manusia dan Pemerataan Pembangunan, Sekretariat Wakil Presiden (Setwapres) Suprayoga Hadi menyampaikan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, langkah-langkah kolaboratif dan optimalisasi anggaran telah diimplementasikan.
“Dari sisi kelembagaan di Perpres No. 72 Tahun 2021 sudah cukup jelas kita punya yang namanya Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting di setiap tingkatan pemerintahan mulai dari tingkat pusat sampai dengan tingkat desa dan kelurahan,” kata Suprayoga.
Ia memaparkan tim percepatan itu berfungsi untuk mengkoordinasikan berbagai upaya penurunan stunting secara lebih efektif dan kolaboratif. Adapun tim yang dimaksud dipimpin langsung oleh Wakil Presiden Ma’ruf Amin sebagai Ketua Pengarah dengan dukungan dari berbagai kementerian dan lembaga terkait.
Menurut Suprayoga, pembentukan tim tersebut tidak terlepas dari salah satu tantangan utama dari upaya menurunkan stunting secara signifikan, yakni keberagaman komitmen di tingkat daerah.
Hal ini dikarenakan tidak semua daerah memiliki perhatian yang sama terhadap masalah stunting sehingga menyebabkan perbedaan signifikan terhadap hasil di lapangan.
“Ada daerah yang betul-betul concern, seperti Sumedang yang menjadi contoh nasional. Tapi, ada juga daerah yang masih menunggu arahan dari pusat,” ujarnya.
Hasilnya, dalam kurun waktu dua tahun, prevalensi stunting nasional mengalami penurunan signifikan, dari 24,4 persen di 2021 menjadi 21,6 persen pada 2022.
Meski begitu, ia mengingatkan perjalanan mencapai target 14 persen tersebut masih panjang sehingga pentingnya untuk mengoptimalisasi sumber daya, termasuk anggaran yang telah dialokasikan.
“Kolaborasi penta helix, yang melibatkan pemerintah, masyarakat, akademisi, pengusaha, dan media, juga menjadi kunci untuk mencapai target penurunan stunting yang ambisius,” tegasnya.
Salah satu aspek penting dalam upaya penurunan stunting adalah alokasi dan optimalisasi anggaran. Pemerintah telah mengalokasikan sekitar Rp30 triliun dari APBN, termasuk Rp23 triliun untuk Program Bantuan Pangan Non-Tunai (BPNT).
Di samping itu, dana desa juga dialokasikan sebesar 10 persen dari total Rp70 triliun untuk program-program penurunan stunting.
Pada kesempatan yang sama, Direktur Jenderal Kesehatan Masyarakat Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) Maria Endang Sumiwi juga memberikan penekanan serupa terkait pentingnya keterlibatan semua pihak secara seirama untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal dalam menekan angka stunting di Indonesia.
“Kementerian Kesehatan berusaha agar semua pihak yang terlibat bisa seirama. Seirama itu artinya nanti kita bersama-sama dengan sasaran yang paling tepat,” katanya.
Ia menyebutkan pihaknya berusaha memberikan publikasi cepat mengenai data akurat dan terkini yang dibutuhkan dalam upaya penurunan stunting.
“Kami berusaha memberikan publikasi cepat terhadap data-data di Kemenkes supaya pihak yang ingin berkontribusi dapat langsung bergerak,” imbuhnya.
