Arusberita.id – Pemerintah menerbitkan Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia (Keppres) Nomor 6 Tahun 2024 tentang Biaya Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji Tahun 1445 Hijriah/2024 Masehi yang Bersumber dari Biaya Perjalanan Ibadah Haji dan Nilai Manfaat. Peraturan ini ditandatangani Presiden RI Joko Widodo (Jokowi) pada tanggal 9 Januari 2024.
Aturan ini diterbitkan untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 48 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2019 tentang Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji dan Umrah dan Pasal 11 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 34 Tahun 2014 tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Haji.
“Menetapkan Biaya Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji atau BPIH Tahun 1445 Hijriah/2024 Masehi yang bersumber dari Biaya Perjalanan Ibadah Haji atau Bipih dan Nilai Manfaat,” bunyi Keppres yang dapat diakses pada laman JDIH Sekretariat Kabinet ini.
Adapun besaran Bipih jemaah haji reguler tahun 1445 H/2024 M adalah sebagai berikut:
a. Embarkasi Aceh sebesar Rp49.995.870,00
b. Embarkasi Medan sebesar Rp51.145.139,00
c. Embarkasi Batam sebesar Rp53.833.934,00
d. Embarkasi Padang sebesar Rp51.739.357,00
e. Embarkasi Palembang sebesar Rp53.943.134,00
f. Embarkasi Jakarta (Pondok Gede dan Bekasi) sebesar Rp58.498.334,00
g. Embarkasi Solo sebesar Rp58.562.008,00
h. Embarkasi Surabaya sebesar Rp60.526.334,00
i. Embarkasi Balikpapan sebesar Rp56.510.444,00
j. Embarkasi Banjarmasin sebesar Rp56.471.105,00
k. Embarkasi Makassar sebesar Rp60.245.355,00
l. Embarkasi Lombok sebesar Rp58.630.888,00
m. Embarkasi Kertajati sebesar Rp58.498.334,00
Besaran Bipih jemaah haji ini dipergunakan untuk biaya penerbangan haji, akomodasi Makkah, sebagian biaya akomodasi Madinah, biaya hidup (living cost), dan visa.
Sedangkan besaran Bipih yang bersumber dari petugas haji daerah (PHD) dan pembimbing kelompok bimbingan ibadah haji dan umrah (KBIHU) adalah sebagai berikut:
a. Embarkasi Aceh sebesar Rp87.359.984,00
b. Embarkasi Medan sebesar Rp88.509.253,00
c. Embarkasi Batam sebesar Rp91.198.048,00
d. Embarkasi Padang sebesar Rp89.103.471,00
e. Embarkasi Palembang sebesar Rp91.307.248,00
f. Embarkasi Jakarta (Pondok Gede dan Bekasi) sebesar Rp95.862.448,00
g. Embarkasi Solo sebesar Rp95.926.122,00
h. Embarkasi Surabaya sebesar Rp97.890.448,00
i. Embarkasi Balikpapan sebesar Rp93.874.558,00
j. Embarkasi Banjarmasin sebesar Rp93.835.219,00
k. Embarkasi Makassar sebesar Rp97.609.469,00
l. Embarkasi Lombok sebesar Rp95.995.002,00
m. Embarkasi Kertajati sebesar Rp95.862.448,00
Bipih PHD dan KBIHU ini dipergunakan untuk biaya penerbangan; akomodasi; konsumsi; transportasi; pelayanan di Arafah, Mudzalifah, dan Mina; pelindungan; pelayanan di embarkasi atau debarkasi; pelayanan keimigrasian; premi asuransi dan pelindungan lainnya; dokumen perjalanan; biaya hidup (living cost); pembinaan jemaah haji di tanah air dan Arab Saudi; pelayanan umum di dalam negeri dan Arab Saudi; dan pengelolaan BPIH
Keppres juga mengatur tentang Besaran BPIH Tahun 1445 Hijriah/2024 Masehi yang bersumber dari nilai manfaat yang digunakan untuk membayar selisih BPIH dengan besaran Bipih sebesar Rp8.200.040.638.567,00. Sementara nilai manfaat untuk jemaah haji khusus sebesar Rp14.558.658.000,00.
“Keputusan Presiden ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal ditetapkan,” bunyi ketentuan penutup Keppres 6/2024.
