Arusberita.id – Deklarasi organisasi Relawan Prabowo Budiman Bersatu (“Prabu”) di Semarang, Jumat, 18 Agustus 2023 lalu, menjadi bukti telanjang dukungan politik Budiman Sudjatmiko dan para pendukung organisasi tersebut kepada Prabowo Subianto, yang pernah terlibat dalam kasus penculikan aktivis 1998.
Dukungan tersebut meneguhkan politik impunitas kepada calon presiden (capres) yang pernah terlibat dalam kejahatan HAM di masa lalu. Aksi tak patut Budiman pun dinilai hanya menjadi pencuci dosa sejarah Prabowo di masa lalu.
Menurut Petrus Hariyanto, mantan Sekjen Partai Rakyat Dekokratik (PRD), era ketika Budiman Sudjatmiko menjadi Ketua Umum, deklarasi tersebut bukan hanya menunjukkan Budiman mengkhianati kawan kawan seperjuangannya, tapi juga mengkhianati keluarga korban penculikan.
“Lebih dalam lagi, dia telah mengkhianati demokrasi dan nilai-nilai kemanusian. Manuver Budiman secara terang-terangan mendukung Prabowo adalah dukungan kepada penjahat HAM. Itu adalah langkah politik yang ingin menghapus jejak hitam pelaku pelanggaran HAM, meneguhkan politik impunitas,” kata Petrus Hariyanto di Jakarta, Senin, 21 Agustus 2023.
Petrus menolak retorika Budiman bahwa langkah yang diambilnya adalah tugas sejarah. Prabowo, dianggap Budiman sebagai pemimpin strategis yang mampu mengemban tugas untuk memajukan Indonesia, siap menghadapi tantangan ke depan, berhadapan dengan negara-negara barat.
“itu pembenaran Budiman saja, untuk melegitimasi bahwa berangkulan dengan penculik adalah keharusan sejarah. Itu bukti pragmatisme Budiman supaya bisa mendapatkan sesuatu ketika Prabowo berkuasa. Padahal belum tentu juga Prabowo menang,” imbuh Petrus.
Mantan kawan satu sel Budiman di penjara LP Cipinang ini menilai, Budiman tengah mempertontonkan politik oportunis.
“Mana yang lebih menguntungkan. Tetap di PDI Perjuangan tetapi karier politiknya mandeg, atau berpindah ke Prabowo yang digadang gadang akan memenangi pertarungan pilpres? Budiman memilih meloncat ke mantan Pangkostrad yang dipecat era Presiden Habibie itu, walau menciderai idealismenya sendiri sebagai mantan aktivis. Bahkan, dia telah mencoreng nama baik aktivis 98 secara keseluruhan,” kata Petrus masygul.
Menurut Petrus, Prabowo Subianto seharusnya tidak cukup hanya diberhentikan dari militer pada tahun 1998, karena terlibat kasus penculikan, tetapi juga harus diproses sampai ke meja hijau. Apalagi masih ada 13 aktivis (empat di antaranya merupakan kader PRD) yang belum diketahui nasibnya.
“Seharusnya menjadi tugas Budiman dan kader PRD lainnya untuk menuntaskan hal ini. Masih ada hutang masa lalu yang tetap harus dilunasi. Bukannya malah dikubur dalam-dalam oleh Budiman Sudjatmiko,” kecam mantan narapidana politik PRD yang mendekam selama 3,5 tahun di LP Cipinang ini.
Petrus juga menampik anggapan Budiman bahwa Prabowo Subianto telah berubah. Budiman, disebut Petrus, memiliki cara pandang politik ngawur.
“Tidak benar juga Prabowo Subianto sudah berubah, seperti dikatakan Budiman bahwa sekarang ada kesamaan cara pandang Prabowo dan dirinya yang seorang mantan aktivis. Cara pandang Budiman, ngawur. Prabowo belum mengalami perubahan dari watak lamanya. Sekarang ini hanya berubah taktiknya, seolah-olah dia memuja Presiden Jokowi. Taktik ini tidak lain untuk memanipulasi persepsi publik, mengambil hati para pendukung Jokowi,” ungkap Petrus.
Menurut Petrus, track record Prabowo Subianto selama ini justru membahayakan demokrasi. Lima tahun lalu, ia menggandeng erat kelompok politik Islam garis keras. Mereka melakukan politik SARA, menebar kebencian kepada kelompok lain yang tidak disukai bahkan mengkafir-kafirkan kaum muslim lainnya yang tidak sejalan.
Di masa itu, kampanye hitam dengan menyebarkan kebohongan juga begitu massif terjadi di tengah masyarakat.
“Itu adalah rekam jejak Prabowo, tidak saja pelaku penculikan aktivis tetapi menghalalkan segala cara dalam meraih kekuasaannya,” ujar Pertus, yang juga mantan Sekjen Solidaritas Mahasiswa Indonesia untuk Demokrasi (SMID).
Petrus menegaskan, dengan dideklarasikannya Relawan Prabu, Budiman sebagai bekas Ketua Umum PRD pertama itu, justru telah memberi pelajaran nilai-nilai politik buruk kepada generasi sekarang.
“Sama saja Budiman ingin mempertontonkan kepada generasi Z bahwa aktivis itu hanyalah sebuah batu loncatan semata untuk meniti karier politik dalam meraih kekuasaan, walau itu ditempuh dengan menguburkan nilai-nilai yang diperjuangkan semasa menjadi aktivis,” tandasnya.
Kecaman senada juga disampaikan Wilson, mantan aktivis PRD yang juga pernah mendekam dalam satu sel di LP Cipinang bersama Budiman. Wilson menyesalkan dalam deklarasi tersebut, Budiman sama sekali tidak menyebut soal penyelesaian pelanggaran HAM masa lalu, sebagai pondasi persatuan bangsa.
Wilson juga menyebutkan, dari Jawa Tengah, tempat dideklarasikannya Relawan “Prabu”, terdapat dua aktivis PRD yang menjadi korban penghilangan paksa, yakni penyair Wiji Thukul dan Suyat. Bersama kawan-kawan lainnya, mereka masih hilang hingga sekarang.
“Ini ironis sekali, di Jawa Tengah juga ada dua aktivis PRD yg hilang diculik saat perjuangan reformasi 1998. Selama 25 tahun Budiman tak pernah menjumpai keluarga korban penculikan yaitu Wiji Thukul dan Suyat di Solo. Sekarang, dia malah bergabung dengan capres yg terlibat dalam kasus penculikan aktivis reformasi 1998,” kata Wilson yang juga anggota Dewan Penasihat Ikatan Keluarga Orang Hilang Indonesia (Ikohi).
Kedatangan Budiman ke Jawa Tengah pada Jumat lalu untuk memobilisasi dukungan politik kepada Prabowo menunjukkan bahwa dia hendak melupakan pelanggaran HAM berat.
Wilson dan Petrus adalah aktivis PRD yang pernah bersama Budiman membangun PRD hingga dibui oleh rezim Orde Baru.
Keduanya, bersama dengan sejumlah mantan aktivis PRD yang tergabung dalam Forum Rakyat Demokratik (FRD) Pro Korban Penculikan, menggelar konferensi pers di Kantor YLBHI Jakarta, 27 Juli 2023 lalu.
Mereka mengecam langkah yang diambil Budiman dan para pendukungnya kepada Prabowo tanpa mempersoalkan soal kasus pelanggaran HAM yang pernah dilakukan mantan Danjen Kopassus tersebut.
FRD berpendapat, sebuah politik yang hendak memajukan kemanusiaan akan sulit diwujudkan bila negeri ini dipimpin oleh orang yang pernah terlibat pelanggaran HAM di masa lalu. Jika belum ada pengadilan HAM baginya, justru berpotensi untuk mengulangi kesalahan yang sama.
Penyelesaian pelanggaran HAM berat di masa lalu bukankah didasari dendam, tapi agar kejadian yang sama tak terulang di masa depan. “Kita berutang pada masa lalu untuk masa depan yang lebih baik. Forgive, but not forget,” pungkas Wilson.
