Arusberita.id – Presiden dan wakil presiden terpilih Prabowo Subianto dan Gibran Rakabuming Raka dikabarkan akan menambah jumlah Kementerian/Lembaga (K/L), teranyar pembentukan Dana Investasi Nasional (DIN) dan Kementerian Koordinator bidang Infrastruktur.
Ketua Relawan Pengusaha Muda Nasional (Repnas) Anggawira mengamini adanya pembahasan DIN dan Kemenko Infrastruktur oleh Prabowo-Gibran, selain Badan Gizi Nasional dan Badan Penerimaan Negara yang sebelumnya santer menjadi pembicaraan.
“Iya [sudah masuk pembicaraan],” ujarnya kepada Bisnis, dikutip Minggu (6/10/2024).
Anggawira yang juga sebagai Wakil Komandan Tim Kampanye Nasional Pemilih Muda (TKN Fanta) Prabowo-Gibran menuturkan, DIN bertujuan mengelola investasi negara untuk proyek bersifat strategis.
Kemungkinan, katanya, DIN akan mengikuti model dari Arab Saudi dengan Public Investment Fund (PIF) ataupun Temasek milik Singapura.
K/L lainnya, Anggawira juga menyebutkan Kemenko bidang Infrastruktur akan mengkoordinasikan berbagai proyek infrastruktur lintas kementerian, termasuk Kementerian PUPR, Perhubungan, serta Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM).
Padahal terkait hal tersebut, pemerintah telah memiliki Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) atau Lembaga Pengelola Investasi di bawah Kementerian Keuangan yang saat ini mencatatkan dana kelolaan senilai Rp160 triliun.
Untuk diketahui, INA berdiri sejak 2021 dengan dasar hukum Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) No. 74/2020 tentang Lembaga Pengelola Investasi.
INA memiliki peran penting dalam menghubungkan investor potensial dengan proyek-proyek yang prospektif serta turut mengelola investasi pemerintah pusat.
Hingga dua pekan menjelang pelantikan Prabowo-Gibran, baru satu badan yang benar-benar dibentuk, yakni Badan Gizi Nasional sebagaimana tercantum dalam Peraturan Presiden No. 83/2024 tentang Badan Gizi Nasional.
Bahkan badan tersebut telah mendapatkan alokasi Rp71 triliun dan akan segera melaksanakan tugasnya dalam memberikan makan bergizi gratis.
