“Pak permudah akses modal, marketing, dan bagiamana merka mesti menghadapi market yang berubah sangat cepat dengan masuknya dunia digital,” kata Ganjar menceritakan apa yang diinginkan para pengusaha tersebut.
Menurut Ganjar, hal yang penting bagi pengusaha ialah perizinan yang mudah dan kepastian hukum. Sebab, hal itu akan mempermudah mereka dalam berkembang menjalankan usahanya. Ketika menjadi Presiden 2024, Ganjar yang berprinsip ‘Tuanku ya Rakyat’ ini menyatakan siap untuk melakukan hal itu.
“Seluruh perizinann itu mudah. Kalau hukumnya pasti ini mudah, penegakannya jalan, mereka akan senang, karena mereka akan menjalankan usahanya dengan nyaman,” tegas Ganjar.
Ganjar juga mendorong para pelaku usaha untuk memiliki koperasi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan perdagangan, seperti masalah suplai bawang, daging hingga cabe.
Ganjar juga mendorong agar koperasi bekerjasama dengan kelompok tani agar suplai bahan perdagangan tersebut teratasi.

Saat menjabat Gubernur Jawa Tengah, Ganjar telah berhasil mengukir prestasi luar biasa dalam mengangkat perekonomian masyarakat.
Salah satunya terlihat dari data per tahun 2022 terkait adanya 178.821 UMKM di Jawa Tengah, yang memiliki omset total mencapai Rp 68,48 triliun. Jumlah tenaga kerja UMKM binaan di Jawa Tengah itu sebanyak 1,32 juta orang pada tahun 2022.
Keberhasilan ini juga tercermin dalam ekspor produk UMKM Jawa Tengah yang tak hanya ke pasar nasional. Namun dapat merambah ke pasar internasional, seperti Singapura, Jepang, dan Eropa.
Ganjar juga menyediakan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) bagi pelaku usaha kecil dengan tiga persen per tahun. Program ini diluncurkan dengan menggandeng Bank Jateng. Berkat program ini, Jateng meraih penghargaan sebagai penyalur KUR terbaik tingkat nasional. Selama 2022, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Jawa Tengah mencatat, nilai penyaluran kredit usaha rakyat sebanyak Rp. 65,5 triliun.
Tak hanya itu, Ganjar juga membangun Hetero Space untuk mewadahi karya anak muda dan pengembangan UMKM di Semarang, Solo dan Banyumas.
Hetero Space melibatkan ribuan anggota dengan 3.000 anggota. Jumlah pengunjung tercatat sebanyak 13.000 orang, 500 komunitas lokal, 300 program dan 1.000 event. Kemudian melibatkan 15.000 UMKM, 2.500 startup, 100 perusahaan dan 250 ribu orang telah mendapat keuntungan.
