Arusberita.id – Sidang putusan terkait gugatan batas usia capres dan cawapres di bawah 40 tahun dimulai. Sembilan hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) hadir di persidangan.
Sidang putusan itu digelar di Gedung MK, Jakarta Pusat, Senin (16/10/2023). Sidang dimulai pukul 10.35 WIB. Tampak sembilan hakim MK memasuki ruang sidang.
Sidang dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua MK Anwar Usman. Sidang juga dihadiri oleh para penggugat, terlihat Direktur LBH PSI Francine Widjojo, hingga perwakilan Direktorat Jenderal Peraturan Perundang-undangan Kemenkumham RI.
Diketahui, ada tujuh gugatan yang mengajukan uji materil terhadap Pasal 169 huruf q UU Nomor 7 Tahun 2017. Pihak yang menggugat di antaranya Wali Kota Bukittingi Erman Safar, Wakil Bupati Lampung Selatan Pandu Kesuma Dewangsa, hingga dari Partai Solidaritas Indonesia (PSI). Berikut tujuh perkara dan penggugatnya:
