Arusberita.id – Presiden Joko Widodo meluncurkan program pelaksanaan rekomendasi penyelesaian non-yudisial pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) berat di Rumoh Geudong, Kabupaten Pidie, Provinsi Aceh, pada Selasa, 27 Juni 2023. Sejumlah korban dan keluarga korban peristiwa pelanggaran HAM berat menyambut baik program yang digagas oleh pemerintah tersebut.
Salah satunya diungkapkan oleh Saburan, keluarga korban peristiwa pelanggaran HAM berat di Jambo Keupok yang terjadi pada 17 Mei 2003 lalu. Saburan mengungkapkan rasa terima kasih atas upaya pemerintah dalam penyelesaian non-yudisial pelanggaran HAM berat kepada keluarga korban.
“Saya mewakili seluruh ahli waris keluarga korban Jambo Keupok sangat-sangat mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Pak Jokowi, Pak Presiden yang telah mengakui kasus yang kami alami itu sebagai pelanggaran HAM berat. Yang kemudian, sebagaimana Bapak Jokowi menyelesaikan dengan cara non-yudisial. Jadi kami atas nama keluarga korban sangat-sangat menerima penyelesaian dalam bentuk non-yudisial untuk sementara ini,” ucap Saburan.
Saburan pun berharap agar program yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam penyelesaian non-yudisial tersebut dapat tepat sasaran dan diterima langsung oleh korban atau keluarga korban pelanggaran HAM berat.
“Kami sangat mengharapkan kepada pemerintah supaya lebih serius dalam pemberian santunan kepada keluarga korban dan juga serius dan teliti dalam pendataan,” tuturnya.
Sementara itu, Samsul Bahri, yang merupakan korban peristiwa Simpang KKA berharap agar pemerintah juga terus mengupayakan penyelesaian yudisial, di samping melakukan penyelesaian non-yudisial pelanggaran HAM berat.
“Jadi yang kami harapkan bahwa dalam pemenuhan ini kami mengharapkan pemerintah secepatnya membuat pengadilan-pengadilan HAM, yang yudisial, bukan dengan non-yudisial saja. Harapan kami pemerintah betul-betul memperhatikan korban,” ujar Samsul.
Selain itu, Fauzinur Hamzah yang merupakan keluarga korban peristiwa di Rumah Geudong pada tahun 1998 lalu berharap bahwa dengan adanya program penyelesaian yang digagas pemerintah tersebut, tidak akan ada lagi pertikaian yang terjadi di Tanah Air.
“Inilah luar biasa bagi saya. Saya melihat sosok Pak Presiden orangnya kecil tapi jiwanya besar. Buktinya itu tangga-tangga untuk menyelesaikan persoalan yang terjadi di Aceh dan Indonesia umumnya. Semoga ke depan enggak ada lagi pertikaian atau tumpah darah di Indonesia. Kita cinta Indonesia,” ucapnya.

Aki, began as a ‘friendship,’ Stokes admitted that it was

‘I think people are great,’ said Stokes, who is based in the US.
‘[And] this isn’t for everybody… I mean, I know a lot of people think it’s for everybody,
but it’s not really for everybody to be in such a long relationship.
It takes a certain mindset.’
After listening to the ‘robotic’ voice of Aki, who was generated by AI
chatbot app Replika, host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson challenged Stokes over his relationship with the ‘digital’ creature.

But he believes their marriage actually boosts his social skills.
