Arusberita.id – Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Ida Fauziah mengatakan, akan segera membuka posko pengaduan terkait pembayaran tunjangan hari raya (THR) baik dari pihak pengusaha maupun pekerja.
Sebelum membuka posko pengaduan THR, Kemnaker akan menerbitkan surat edaran mengenai pembayaran THR kepada seluruh gubernur yang nantinya akan diteruskan ke seluruh pengusaha.
“Kami tadi sampaikan kami akan buka posko THR, hari Senin atau Selasa surat akan kami edarkan dan kami membuka posko THR itu,” kata Ida di Kompleks Istana Kepresidenan, Jakarta, Rabu (13/3/2024).
Ida menyebut, surat edaran tersebut akan segera dikeluarkan pada pekan ini. THR sendiri merupakan kewajiban yang harus diberikan oleh pengusaha kepada pekerja atau buruh untuk memenuhi kebutuhan lebaran.
“Minggu ini segera dikeluarkan surat edaran untuk gubernur dan diteruskan ke pengusaha,” ujarnya.
Ia memastikan pembayaran THR oleh pengusaha kepada pekerja diberikan paling lambat satu minggu atau tujuh hari sebelum hari lebaran. Menurutnya, hingga saat ini pihaknya juga belum menerima keluhan dari para pengusaha terkait kewajiban pembayaran THR.
“Sampai sekarang tidak yak, karena semua pengusaha juga tahu itu kewajiban yang mesti dilaksanakan para pengusaha,” kata Ida.
Ia mencatat, pada 2023 terdapat 1.540 pengaduan terkait pembayaran THR, di antaranya 514 data tidak lengkap dan 1.026 data lainnya telah diselesaikan.”Kemudian ruang konsultasi dilakukan oleh 1.782, kalau konsultasi kan cuma bertanya tidak mengadukan,” ujarnya.
Ida juga menegaskan, pembayaran THR oleh pengusaha tidak boleh dilakukan secara mencicil.”Nggak boleh. Nggak boleh,” kata Ida.
