Arusberita.id – Gubernur Jawa Tengah (Jateng) yang juga Bacapres yang didukung Partai Perindo, Ganjar Pranowo menitip harapan besar kepada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) setempat untuk tetap menjaga integritas. Bagi Ganjar, terjaganya integritas ASN Pemprov Jateng merupakan kebanggaan baginya selama 10 tahun memimpin.
Hal itu disampaikan Ganjar seusai menghadiri ‘Upacara Pelantikan dan Pengambilan Sumpah/Janji Jabatan Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama, Pejabat Administrator dan Pejabat Pengawas di Lingkungan Pemprov Jateng’, di PRPP Semarang, Jumat 1 September 2023, malam.
Pesan Ganjar yang purnatugas pada 5 September 2023 kepada ASN terdiri dari 17 pejabat pimpinan tinggi pratama, 149 pejabat admninistrator dan 131 pejabat pengawas agar tetap menjaga integritas dan tak tergoda pada hal-hal yang dapat mencederai kejujuran.
Godaan yang pertama muncul, menurutnya adalah integritas yang memudar. Hal itu menyebabkan ASN tergoda dengan gratifikasi, sogokan, bahkan muncul niat untuk korupsi.
“Maka saya titip kepada kawan-kawan, untuk berani membentengi diri dan bersikap dan mereka sudah praktik selama sepuluh tahun,” tuturnya.
Ganjar percaya, kepada ASN di lingkungan Pemprov Jateng itu bisa bertahan dari godaan tersebut. Sebab godaan terbesar selanjutnya, kata Ganjar adalah gempuran dari luar.
“Maka harus saling menguatkan di antara temen-temen ini saya titipkan pada mereka,” ucapnya.
Tak kalah pentingnya, Ganjar meminta agar ASN Jawa Tengah terus memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi masyarakat. Berikutnya, mengingatkan para ASN untuk berpegang teguh pada empat pilar kebangsaan yakni Pancasila, NKRI, UUD 1945 dan Bhineka Tunggal Ika.
“Karena Jateng ini bentengnya Pancasila, maka kita mintakan kepada kawan-kawan untuk selalu membawa itu,” tegasnya.
Terkait itu pula, Ganjar telah berkomunikasi melalui telepon dengan Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Jateng yang telah ditunjuk yakni Nana Sudjana. Menurutnya, Nana yang saat ini menjabat Inspektur Utama Setjen DPR RI sangat paham tentang integritas.
“Karena kawan-kawan (ASN Jateng) sudah biasa menjaga integritas maka nanti saya akan titipkan Pak Nana tolong jaga integritas baik dari dalam maupun dari luar. Beliau pernah jadi APH sekarang jadi inspektroat sangat paham sekali,” ujarnya.
Ganjar mengatakan serah terima dan pelantikan Pj Gubernur Jateng akan dilakukan tepat tanggal 5 September di Jakarta. Ganjar yakin di tangan Nana Sudjana, Jawa Tengah bisa mempertahankan apa yang telah dicapai dalam 10 tahun terakhir.
“Kita akan berbagi pengalaman. PR-PR apa yang mesti dikerjakan dan insya Allah kawan-kawan dari ASN Jawa Tengah siap membantu. Beliau sudah punya pengalaman banyak jadi cukup mampu tinggal mengecilkan dalam arti isunya lebih sempit di level Jawa Tengah. Nanti akan saya sampaikan beberapa poin yang penting untuk segera mendapatkan penuntasan,” tandasnya.
